​TU16  trackless  miner  passenger  car  is  a  trackless  passenger  car  independently developed and designed  by  our company  according to the  requirements  of the  latest national safety standards and on the basis of integrating advanced technologies at home and abroad. It is widely applicable to the ride of commuters in non-coal mines.

1. The scientific and reasonable structure configuration design can meet the requirements   of different working conditions such as turning radius, climbing slope and roadway passage in different mines. Special chassis design, fully sealed wet bridge (pressure loss protection  type) and matched American MICO brake system are safe, stable and reliable, leading the  industry.

2. Adopting high-strength structural steel stamping process, stress aging process and gas  shielded welding technology, the structural parts of the whole vehicle can withstand strong loads after strength check. The driver's cab and commuter's carriage have passed the

FOPS and ROPS standard testing certification, providing safety protection for the driver and passenger.

3. The driving and control system adopts a reasonable ergonomic layout design, sealed air- conditioned cab and centralized control design configuration, which is convenient,

comfortable and easy to operate. The main electrical components and controllers, hydraulic components, and key components of the transmission system are made by well-known

domestic and foreign brands, with reliable performance.

4. After strict shot blasting and rust removal, the antirust primer can meet the technical

requirements of aircraft carrier grade, making the antirust, anti-corrosion ability and service life of the equipment stronger under various working conditions.
