TD225M is mainly suitable for tunneling construction in coal mines, metal mines, chemical industry, hydropower underground tunnels, culverts, etc. The vehicle body width is only 1.3 meters, which is especially suitable for operation in small and medium-section tunnels.

The drilling vehicle adopts hydraulic rock drilling system, with perfect anti-air drilling and anti-jamming mechanism, rapid positioning of drill arm, high rock drilling speed and low drilling tool loss; the whole machine has compact structure , flexible maneuverability, strong climbing ability and maximum operating coverage area of 35m2.

• Rock Drill

• Thruster

Anti-air strike design: real-time monitoring of propulsion pressure, timely adjustment of impact pressure, reducing the risk of impact piston damage and reducing operating costs;

Two-level anti-stuck control: Two-level anti-stuck control reduces the risk of stuck and increases drilling speed; quick retraction and high hole washing efficiency;

Anti-misoperation design: manual reversing valve, shuttle valve group and selection valve are used to realize multiple protection functions to prevent the walking action from being triggered during operation;

Multiple filtration: Multiple filters are set for oil suction, oil return and high pressure to improve the system's anti-pollution ability and protect the system's core components to work reliably.

• Electrical System

It is designed with overcurrent protection , overload protection, leakage protection, phase failure protection, undervoltage, overvoltage and other protection functions, and has LED working status display and fault detection and judgment functions; it is equipped with a 70m large-capacity flameproof cable reel to facilitate the entry and exit of the drilling rig when switching between processes.

• Track system

• Cab
